You and your family can enjoy pleasant days of fishing in our camp pond, bird watching on our trails, or hiking and biking on our 60 acres of streamway. With our in-camp swimming pool, tennis, and internet access, you're sure to find everything you need right in our sunny California campground.
At Soledad Canyon, you can enjoy horseback riding seven days a week! We have a number of trails as well as a special Guest Horse Ranch. Our park is conveniently set off Interstate 5 and Highway 14, right near the quiet town of Acton. With all the serenity in our wooded campground, you'll be amazed to learn that you're just an hour from the famous attractions of L.A. You can make easy day trips to explore the great works of art at the J. Paul Getty Museum, dive into the world of movies at Universal Studios, or climb aboard the rides and slides at America's number one theme park, Knott's Berry Farm.
You'll also find plenty to do in our immediate area at Soledad Canyon. You can head to the Vasquez Rocks County Park for a hike and a picnic lunch, catch at play at the Palmdale Playhouse, or admire the fields of brilliant color at the California Poppy Reserve. Animal lovers will enjoy a stop to see the big cats at the Exotic Feline Breeding Center. And our California RV park is close enough to the beach, downtown L.A., Mt. Wilson, and Edwards Air Force Base for a fun day's excursion. With all there is to do and see in our area, we know you're going to love California camping with us! |
