Description:
Welcome to the Tennessee Smoky Mountains, a great place to play in the outdoors! At Misty River Cabins and RV Resort, our RV park near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you'll find fun family activities in a relaxing environment. Right in camp, you can go paddling down the Little River, go bird watching through the camp, or take it easy in your rental cabin or RV campsite. Our park is also set near Knoxville, so you can make easy day trips to see the museums, galleries, theaters, and restaurants of this lively Appalachian city.

Book your campsite or RV site today with our handy online reservations system. Our park is set near Highway 140, just outside the national park and about eight miles from Townsend, Tennessee. We're located in the idyllic town of Walland, where you can find any services you might need. We also have excellent in-camp amenities at Misty River Cabins and RV Resort, from our three rental cabins (The Lodge, The Treehouse, and the Otter House), to full hook-ups for RVs with free wi-fi internet access.

You can camp with us at our river-side RV park while you plan caving expeditions to the Tuckaleechee Caverns or hikes along the Appalachian Trail. Take a bike or horseback riding tour around the Cades Cove loop, enjoying the scenery and viewing the historic cabins and farms. And of course you'll want to visit the Smoky Mountains National Park to watch for black bears, do some fishing and boating, or go hiking and mountain biking along the mountain trails.
