RV Cooking Show is a virtual cooking class on wheels created especially for RVers and campers. It takes viewers on adventures to some of the most sought-after or interesting but little-known RVing and camping locales in the country and then creates a healthy, easy, delicious destination-related dish in host Evanne Schmarder’s RV kitchen. Evanne is a full-time RVer (since 2000!) with a passion for food, fun and RVing traveling. Tasting and re-creating regional food specialties is one of Evanne’s joys. Valentines Day may be over but February is the month of love and this year we get an extra day – for leap year. Legend has it that at the during the time of Saint Patrick and Brigid of Kildare in 5th century Ireland, a tradition existed that made it acceptable for women to make marriage proposals only in leap years. So I say let’s start a new leap year tradition, let’s make February 29th a day for chocolate lovers. This hot fudge recipe requires a few simple ingredients and the results shout “homemade with love!” Once you try it you’ll find yourself whipping up a batch not only for February 29th or Valentine’s Day but all year long. Careful, it’s been known to be addictive.
