| In the Delta region, view cotton fields and rich farmland, and the occasional cypress swamp. In the Central region, visit the capital of Jackson, set in rolling hills and farmland. The southeastern Piney Woods region and white-sand beaches of the Gulf Coast make these areas a welcome spot for any traveler. If you happen to visit Mississippi in February, stop in Biloxi for the wild revels of Mardi Gras. | ||||
