The glacier-formed Finger Lakes offer prime boating, swimming, and fishing. Paddle or sail one of the six major lakes: Skaneateles, Owasco, Cayuga, Seneca, Keuka, and Canandaigua. Watch for deer, raccoons, bear, and wild turkeys on the Finger Lakes Trial, or slip your canoe into the foot of Cayuga at Allan H. Treman State Marine Park.
