Further east, discover the wild beauty of Flaming Gorge, a 91-mile long lake that appeared as a side effect of the Glen Canyon Dam. This lake bears some of the area’s best fishing and boating. On Utah’s border with Colorado lies Dinosaur National Monument, the largest quarry of Jurassic-period bones in the world.
