The towering pines and hardwood trees of the Manistee National Forest surround you during a stay at the Leisure Time Campground in northwest Michigan. Located near Irons off of M-37 and near Hwy 10, the camp features many spacious sites for RVs, as well as secluded tent sites. Open from April 1 through November 30, Leisure Time boasts a pristine, refreshing swimming pool, camp store and recreation room and has an online reservation system to help make planning your trip as easy as possible.
Situated on six and a half acres on the shores of Seaman Lake, the camp is a paradise for those who love the great outdoors! The fishing is excellent in the spring-fed lake, which yields plenty of bass, pike, bluegill and perch. A swimming area with floating dock sits adjacent to the camp and with rowboats, kayaks and paddleboats ready to rent, everyone can enjoy a day on the water.
When exploring off-site, the Pine River is the place to be for canoeing and fishing, with superb spring and fall salmon runs, you'll be bringing home dinner. This region contains some of the best hunting grounds in Michigan, which makes Leisure Time Campground the perfect spot for deer and turkey hunters. Between the scenic landscape, endless outdoor activities and tranquil setting, the Leisure Time Campground will keep you coming back to northwest Michigan year after year. |
