Shady Pines RV Park
220 CR 4208
Jacksonville, TX 75766
(866)609-2267
Description:
Situated among the evergreen groves of east Texas, Shady Pines RV Park is a peaceful place just waiting for you to come and visit. Easy to find off of Hwy 69 in Jacksonville, south of Tyler, this campground features spacious RV sites, with premium sites available. A convenient online reservation system makes planning your trip a breeze, and with all there is to do in and around the region, you'll be coming back year after year!

Miles of nature trails, where bird watching is excellent and wildlife sightings are common, weave through the 22 acre site, and are a great place to bike, hike and get back to nature. The nearby Peachtree and Oakhurst Golf Courses provide more outdoor entertainment, and are challenging, beautifully landscaped places to improve your game. Several area lakes, including the local Lake Jacksonville, yield many species of fish, including trout, and if casting a line is not your thing, feel free to launch a boat and see the lovely surrounding from the water.

When you are ready to get out and see the sights, make sure you drop by the Texas Basket Factory in Jacksonville, which has been manufacturing fruit and vegetable baskets (among other items) since 1919. The Texas State Railroad, with service from Rusk to Palestine, is another great excursion and if you can't stay away from the big city, Tyler lies just 30 miles north and offers world class shopping and restaurants. So remember, for the best of east Texas living, look for the Bear Totem and come and stay awhile at Shady Pines RV Park.
